LingoHub Academy provides small-group language courses, group conversation workshops, private group courses, and related tutoring by classroom study in Fantino and online. Any enrolment is subject to level screening, group matching, timetable availability, and confirmation of the applicable course terms.
Fees are charged on a fixed-price, per-participant basis for the relevant term unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment methods may include card or bank transfer. Any materials, platform access, registration charges, or external exam fees are separate unless expressly confirmed for the selected course.
Course participation depends on the learner's starting level, attendance, independent practice, learning needs, and course duration. We may set reasonable participation requirements for group size, scheduling, and online access, including the use of a stable internet connection and a microphone- and video-capable device for online lessons.

We do not guarantee fluency, native-like ability, a specific proficiency level by a fixed date, exam results, admission, certification, employment, promotion, or any visa or licensing outcome. Any progress review or placement activity is internal only and is not an official certificate or recognized qualification.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dominican Republic, and any dispute should be handled through good-faith discussion first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
